What is my hair porosity?
Due to the nature of our products we do not allow returns. Each order is hand crafted to order so make sure you are purchasing the correct item and the item for your hair porosity. Orders cannot be canceled after 24 hours of purchase. If your items have not shipped they can be exchanged for an item of the same value within 48 hours of your purchase. After that your order is final. Once your item is shipped do not refuse. If an item is a refused we will charge a $20.00 restocking fee plus the cost of shipping.
Coupon codes cannot be applied after an order is placed. Orders placed during holiday sales cannot be cancelled to reapply a coupon code. Shipping during sales and especially holiday sales may be delayed 2-3 business days.
How it works
- Customers must fulfill a minimum of 1 order before canceling their Subscription.
- You can choose to prepay your order meaning your subscription will end once all orders are fulfilled
- If you choose Ongoing subscription it will bill you until you decide you want it to stop.
- To cancel an ongoing subscription you will need to contact us at 72 hours before your due date and we will cancel it for you.
- You will be billed on the day of shipment.
- To change your preferred billing method please contact us 72 hours before bill is due to make changes.
- Once your auto delivery order has shipped you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes your tracking information on your package.
